Insight Work

Insight work, also known as psychodynamic application,  is a technique whish assumes that a person’s behavior, thoughts, and emotions become disordered as a result of the individual’s lack of understanding as to what motivates him or her, such as unresolved old conflicts or beliefs. The idea behind this approach is that the therapist will help the client become more aware of themself and therefore the client can go on to live a more full life.
